Meeting Highlights - November 2, 2019

Meeting was opened

The meeting was opened and the Pledge of Allegiance was lead by President, Clarence Peltier.

This month's meeting is our Thanksgiving Feast so we did not have a speaker.

Minutes and the Treasurers Report for September were read, accepted, and approved.

Several special topics were discussed. First was a safety issue regarding our plastic chairs. A number of them have recently broken. Members were asked to be cautious and throw any cracked chairs in the trash. Secondly, Susan reported that the Fire Station policy prohibits serving alcohol in the Fire Station. Therefore, Planters Bunch will not serve alcohol at functions held in the Fire Station.
